The 6 best beaches on Telendos

Telendos is better known for its peace and quiet than for its beautiful beaches. The few beaches that exist consist of small stones mixed with sand, but there are also beaches with sand. Perhaps the best thing about Telendos beaches is that they are all within walking distance. Tavernas are only at the village beach and at On the rocks beach. Nudism is common at Paradise beach which is north of the village.

Personally, I like the two-part Hohlakas beach best. You can reach it if you go to the left in the port, through the village, past the church, and up the hill. The water is lovely, there are excellent snorkelling opportunities and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. There are sun loungers for rent at Hohlakas beach.
