The 14 best beaches in Santorini

Like so much else on Santorini, the beaches are unique, and of course they are due to the famous volcanic eruption around 1625 BC. I like the beaches of Santorini, but there are those who do not, and that is probably because the colour of the sand is greyish black, and that the sand is warm. The most popular beaches are Kamari, Perissa and Perivolos. My favourite beach is Vlychada. Tavernas are found on almost all beaches.
