On one of our long trips to Greece we were away for six months.
During the trip we visited 31 islands and a few places on the mainland.
We were in Naxos four times and on one occasion we stayed for 18 days.
Eighteen absolutely fantastic days!
We had been travelling around Crete by car for a whole month and were
quite happy with it, but we still wanted to stay in Greece for a while
to experience what a Greek island is like during the low season, which
in this case was November. We chose Naxos because we have many friends
